Forest Bathing originates from Japan and focuses on relaxing your body and mind whilst connecting with nature.
Join our Head Forester for a journey around our Estate like no other. Be guided from Glamis Castle into a private area of our Estate whilst enjoying a short talk from our Head Forester who will explain about the many trees and landscapes you pass. Then enjoy half an hour of calm amongst the trees where you can choose to practice calming breathing techniques to boost your senses.
A fantastic wellbeing exercise that allows you to escape the everyday. Mobile phones and devices will need to be switched off to allow participants to enjoy this sensory, forest-based experience.
We recommend that you choose suitable clothing and footwear for walking amongst the trees and ask that you bring a yoga mat and/or pillow if you would like to lie down whilst enjoying the meditation session.
