Sweeten your day with some delicious bespoke chocolates inspired by the gardens at Glamis

For those with a sweet tooth, is there anything more delightful than some melt-in-the-mouth chocolate? It’s safe to say that there are a few chocoholics in our midst in the team here at Glamis Castle and we have been VERY excited by the latest product to go on sale in our Pavilion Gift Shop.

Yes, you’ve guessed it. We are delighted to announce that Glamis Castle has partnered with Chocolatia, a luxury handcrafted chocolate producer based in Perthshire, to produce a delectable selection of chocolate treats.

Even better is that the chocolates have been inspired by our very own Garden Larder. The Glamis Castle chocolate box features six hand painted chocolates crafted featuring four flavours inspired by our gardens. Each of the following flavours can also be found in our beautiful Walled Garden:

Blackcurrant
Gooseberry & Vanilla
Lemon Verbena
Caramel & Hazelnut

They sound mouth-watering!

Chloe Oswald is the talent behind Chocolatia and has loved having the opportunity to create chocolate flavours inspired by the gardens at Glamis. “It’s been such a joy to work with beautiful local ingredients like the ones found in the Walled Garden at Glamis Castle.”

Chloe is so passionate about chocolate that all the letters of her name also appear in the word chocolate. “We are kindred spirits,” says Chloe. Having honed her pastry skills in some world-class establishments including the two Michelin-starred restaurant Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles, Chloe’s chocolate creations are something to savour.
